How we build
We'd rather take longer and ship something people tell their friends about than rush something mediocre out the door. Feedback from users is how we get better.
A product that works but frustrates you has missed the point. Design isn't a layer we apply at the end, it's built into the work from the start. How something feels to use matters just as much as whether it runs.
